C.R. Amin (Chairman)
He is M.B.A. from U.S.A. Mr. Chirayu Amin is the Chairman of Paushak Limited, part of Alembic Group a century old group in India, pioneer in Healthcare / Pharmaceutical Industry. Mr. Chirayu Amin is former President of FICCI. He is former Vice President of Board of Control of Cricket in India (BCCI) and President of Baroda Cricket Association (BCA). Besides, he is also trustee in hospital and schools of Alembic Group. He is the Chairman & CEO of Alembic Pharmaceuticals Limited and holds directorship in Alembic Limited, Shreno Limited and Nirayu Limited.
Udit Amin (Non-Executive Director)
Mr. U. C. Amin studied Economics with focus on International Trade at University of Michigan, USA. He has worked in regulatory department at Ivax, UK. His job at Ivax included, help management choose filing strategy for multiple countries within Europe. He has vast experience of a decade. He was the Whole-time Director of the erstwhile Paushak Limited prior to its merger with the Company and had worked extensively on its turnaround. He holds directorship in Alembic Limited, Shreno Limited and is a designated partner in Viramya Packlight LLP.
Roopa Patel (Non-Executive Independent Director)
Mrs. Roopa Patel is a graduate of Science (BSc.). She is a Chairperson Emeritus of Les Elfes International Camps and Past FLO Chairperson of FICCI, Ahmedabad. Presently, she is a Member of FICCI FLO National Governing Body, SCWEC India National Committee, India/Israel Women’s Business Forum, Woman’s Indian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (WICCI) and ASSOCHAM Gujarat Council Woman’s Empowerment Committee. She is a Strategist for Creative Dignity Movement. She holds directorship in Parikamma Investments Private Limited, Reach One Technologies Private Limited and Voltamp Transformers Limited.
Tushar Shah (Non-Executive Independent Director)
Dr. Tushar Shah is a M.S. (Orthopaedics) and renowned orthopaedic surgeon with experience of over two decades in surgery with expertise in managing polytrauma and complex fractures. He is involved in working in a leading tertiary care centre of Gujarat state along with running his own nursing home. He is a fellow member of various international bodies including the Indo German Orthopaedic Foundation, Germany and Sports Medicine Fellowship, Germany. He holds directorship in Accord Synergy Limited.
Tanuj Patel (Non-Executive Independent Director)
Mr. Tanuj Patel holds a B.S. degree from USA. He was the promoter of ABC Bearings Ltd., a company pioneer in the bearing industry and was the Executive Director of the company. Mr. Tanuj Patel has extensive experience on leadership, manufacturing and other critical areas of business operations. He holds directorship in Dinesh Remedies Limited, TCL Ceramics Limited, Arta Broch Ceramics Private Limited, Saturn Holdings & Properties Private Limited and Manoway Investments Private Limited.
Mr. Chintan Gosaliya (Whole-time Director & COO)
Mr. Chintan Gosaliya has more than two decades of experience in the Chemicals industry. He has done B. E. Chemical from South Gujarat University & PGEPM from S. P. Jain Institute of Management and Research, Mumbai. He was appointed as Chief Operating Officer of the Company on 2nd November, 2023. Prior to that he was associated with Jubilant Ingrevia Limited for about 8 years and was lastly holding the position of Sr. Vice President (Chemicals Intermediate), heading the business segment. He had also worked with Tata Chemicals Limited for about 15 years where he has performed various roles in operations and business development.
